The information system for school administration AdminPro can be used by schools, kindergartens and vocational training centers (VTC) and depending on the specifics of the educational institution, the system has different functionalities.
The system allows the use of the data entered and summarized in the information system of education for the daily administrative needs of the schools.
The system supports all the functionality of the module AdminL from the Information System of Education:
Compilation and printing of list-form № 1 and export the data to the RIO of Ministry of education and science;
Synchronize with the Registry of movement of students;
Drawing and printing protocols and certificate of transfer;
Export data to software product for data processing for the state matriculation exams and module AFD;
In addition, AdminPro allows :
Compilation of lists and reports on arbitrary criteria for students, staff and curriculum
Monthly sending data for health insurance for students over \’18 to the National agency of income
Print application forms, official notes and certificates
Print all documents for completed grade and level of education and professional qualification certificates; transfer of data to the register of diplomas for secondary education
Entering additional contact information about parents and student’s doctors.
Defining additional personal own data fields according to the specifics of the school
Introduction of candidates and conducting of ranking for admission to classes after completion of primary education.
Schools use AdminPro based on contract for subscription maintenance and updating by AdminSoft LTD. The contract is for the school year 2013/2014.
Usernames and passwords used during the 2012/2013 year are valid and can be used during the 2013/2014 year. It’s made possible to change the password by the user. If you don’t want to use your existing username and password, please contact the development team at tel. (02) 490 1618 or (02) 869 1618, to disable the current user. Then you can register a new user.
The school has access to the system with only one profile.
To conclude a contract for the use of AdminPro, please log in with your username and password and read the terms under “Details of the school.”
Schools that don’t use IP AdminPro shall submit data to the info system of the Ministry of education and science and generate documents in electronic format as required by the Decree № 4 of the documents for the public education system module AdminL that is provided free of Ministry of education and science.
Kindergardens
The system allows for the preparation and printing of the certificate of preparatory group (nom.nomer 3-19).
Kindergartens use IP AdminPro based on contract for subscription maintenance and updating by AdminSoft LTD. The contract is for the school year 2013/2014.
To sign a contract that is necessary to have registered in this section with a username and password.
For the academic year 2013/2014, do register as a new user. The kindergarten has access to a system with only one profile.

Centers for professional qualificaton
The system allows data entry and compiling reports and random lists for students, and the printing documents for vocational education and training – Certificate of Vocational Training (nom.nomer 3-37) and Professional Qualification Certificate (nom.nomer 3-54) – original and duplicate.
CPO AdminPro use ICs based on contract for subscription maintenance and updating by AdminSoft LTD. The contract is one year from the date of its conclusion.
To sign a contract, please first contact developer team at tel. (02) 490 1618 or (02) 869 1618 to get the code CPO. Then register as a new user. CPO has access to the system with only one profile.
